Tysons Professional Center (TPC) is a five-story commercial office building located in Tysons Corner, Virginia containing approximately 90,000 square feet of building area located on approximately four acres of land with open field parking. TPC is located within a half mile of the Greensboro metro station.
Since acquiring TPC in 2018 Carderock has embarked on extensive renovations to make TPC the premier medical building in Tyson’s Corner. In addition to adding a modern amenity center and spec suite, TPC glistens with a redone façade and renovated first floor lobby, corridor and bathrooms.
Carderock has also created approximately 8,000 sf on shell space for delivery to new tenants. Carderock has also undertaken exterior renovations to the property, including the installation of a modern canopy from the reimagined parking lot to the front entrance, the creation of bioretention planter beds and the addition of hardscape improvements and extensive landscaping of the interior courtyard to provide an outdoor amenity space for tenants and their guests.
