Carderock Investments Land
In January 2009, during the nadir of the “great recession,” Carderock acquired 56 acres of land in Loudoun County, Virginia from a public homebuilding company. Over time two adjoining land parcels totaling an additional twenty six acres were added to the project. This land, part of the Longmoor Farm project, is located in close proximity to the Town of Purcellville and directly across Allder School Road from the Woodgrove High School and the Mountain View Elementary School.
Since 2019 Evergreene Homes has been building new homes at Longmoor Farm. See www.myevergreenehome.com/communities/longmoor-farm.com/. As of fall 2021 only one section of Longmoor Farm to be served by a to be built cul de sac remains to be sold.
Carderock is actively seeking new land opportunities in Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland and the District of Columbia. Projects requiring re-zoning will be considered.
